Tracking your order: You can track your large kitchen appliance or TV 32" and above online at our Knowhow Track it page and enter your 10 digit tracking number which begins with 7457 which can be found in your dispatch email. For all small items an email will be sent from our courier partner, when the product is dispatched with tracking information.  All you need is your reference number (found on your order confirmation email) and telephone number. Please note: In some instances, the information for your delivery may not become available until after 10pm.

Order dispute: You have the right to refer a complaint to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. However, as ADR is voluntary and is not a procedure to which we subscribe, any ADR decision would not be binding.
